Hi, I’m Rena — a reliable, friendly cleaner offering professional home cleaning services in Leicester. I run my own small business and take real pride in helping busy people enjoy clean, calm, and sparkling homes.
Whether you need regular weekly cleaning, a deep one-off clean, or end-of-tenancy cleaning, I’ve got you covered. I use safe, effective products and pay attention to every little detail — so you always come home to a space that feels fresh and cared for.
I’m fully insured, always on time, and you’ll see the same cleaner (me!) each visit — no strangers, no surprises. I don’t believe in contracts or hidden fees. Just flexible, honest service you can trust.

Our Policy – Rena Cleaning Services
At Rena Cleaning Services, I aim to make your experience simple, respectful, and stress-free. To keep everything running smoothly and fairly, here are the policies I follow:
Booking & Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. As a self-employed cleaner, I carefully plan my schedule around childcare, travel, and prep time. Late cancellations can’t always be filled, so a small fee may apply if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. Thank you for understanding — your consideration helps me keep the business running smoothly.

Payment is due on the day of the clean unless we’ve agreed otherwise. I accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods upon request.
Booking & Cancellations
I do my best to arrive on time, but please note I may give an estimated time window, not an exact time. As I work alone and travel between homes, delays can happen. I kindly ask that I can enter your home as soon as I arrive, as I cannot wait in the car between jobs. Please note: my time starts when I arrive, even if I have to wait to start. This helps me stay on track for the rest of the day.

Cleaning Products & Equipment
I bring all my own safe, high-quality, and effective cleaning tools and products. If you prefer I use specific or specialist products, I can provide them upon request — a small additional charge may apply depending on what's needed. Just let me know in advance and I’ll be happy to adjust.
Insurance
I am fully insured for your peace of mind.
Health & Safety
If someone in your home is unwell (especially with anything contagious), please let me know so we can reschedule. I always work cleanly, respectfully, and with care to protect both your home and my own health.
