These terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Rena Cleaning Services Leicester. By booking a cleaning service with me, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Quotes

• All quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation.

• A booking is confirmed once I have agreed a date, time, and service with you directly.

• I reserve the right to refuse any booking at my discretion.

• Prices may vary depending on the size of the property and the condition it is in at the time of the clean.

Payment

• Payment is due on the day of the clean unless otherwise agreed.

• I accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

• For end of tenancy cleans, payment may be required in advance.

• If payment is not received, I reserve the right to withhold any cleaning reports or checklists provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency, I will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date at no extra cost.

Access to Your Property

• You must ensure I have safe and clear access to your property at the agreed time.

• If I am unable to access the property at the agreed time due to no fault of my own, a call-out fee may be charged.

• You are responsible for securing any valuables, cash, or important documents before my visit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not happy with any aspect of the clean, please contact me within 24 hours of the clean being completed.

• I will return to re-clean any missed areas free of charge.

• This guarantee does not apply if the property condition has changed since the clean was completed.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

• My end of tenancy cleaning service is carried out to a professional standard designed to meet letting agency requirements.

• I cannot guarantee a full deposit return as this is at the discretion of the landlord or letting agent.

• If the property has excessive damage, hoarding, or conditions beyond normal cleaning, additional charges may apply.

• I recommend you are present or available for contact on the day of the clean.

Damage & Liability

• I take great care when working in your home and I am fully insured.

• If any damage occurs as a direct result of my cleaning, please notify me within 24 hours.

• I cannot accept liability for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, loose fittings, or items not secured properly.

• I am not liable for any damage caused by faulty or defective equipment belonging to the client.

My Equipment & Products

• I provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

• Eco-friendly products are available on request.

• If you prefer specific products to be used in your home, please let me know in advance and provide them on the day.

Your Responsibilities

• Please ensure the property is accessible and reasonably tidy before my arrival.

• Please secure any pets during the clean.

• Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific requirements before the clean.

• Please point out any delicate, fragile, or valuable items that need special attention.
