I’m fully insured, always on time, and you’ll see the same cleaner (me!) every time – no strangers, no surprises.

Our Policy – Rena Cleaning Services

At Rena Cleaning Services, I aim to provide a high-quality, stress-free experience for every client. To keep things running smoothly and fairly, here are a few simple policies I follow:

✅ Booking & Cancellations

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a small fee to cover lost time.

✅ Payments

• Payment is due on the day of the clean, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

• I accept cash, bank transfer, or other methods by request.

✅ Your Home

• Please ensure I have access to your home at the agreed time (keys, codes, etc.).

• I treat every home with care and respect, but I kindly ask that any fragile or valuable items be put away before the clean.

✅ Cleaning Products & Equipment

• I bring my own cleaning products and tools, all of which are safe and effective.

• If you prefer specific products used in your home, just let me know.

✅ Insurance

• I’m fully insured for your peace of mind.

✅ Health & Safety

• If anyone in your home is unwell (especially with contagious illnesses), please let me know so we can reschedule.

• I work in a clean, safe, and respectful manner at all times.
